We are one of the largest manufacturers of automotive wiring harness and luxury car interior with over 35,000 employees worldwide. Our head quarter is based in Germany. In Malaysia we are producing wiring harness and interior parts for South East Asian customers with 350 employees in two manufacturing sites in Ipoh and Kulim. To fulfill the demand of our fast growing business, DEM Draexlmaier is looking for suitable qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
(Kedah - Kulim)
Responsibilities:
- To assist management on the entire production operation including schedule, output, quality and cost
- To monitor the productivity improvement programs including process consistency and efficiency, product quality, production flexibilty, lead time and operating cost
- To assist management to improve yield, capacity and skills of production team
- Communication skill (close customer contact)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel
