Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia (SL1M) Programme was launched on 1 June 2011 in support of the Government’s initiative to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates through exposure in industry based on workforce requirements and to prepare them for future employment opportunities.

Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia CCM (SL1M CCM) is a systematic platform for graduates to develop their competencies by focusing on acquisition of critical soft skills and experienced-learning exposure. This is one of CCM’s Corporate Responsibility (CR) initiatives which is aligned with CCM’s Corporate Values.

Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad is the largest generic pharmaceutical and compound fertilizers manufacturer listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia and is a key player in the fertilizers, chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries. We would like to invite unemployed graduates to join our SL1M CCM graduates trainee programme:

The Training

Candidates will be engaged for a 6 months training period.
Candidates will undergo an extensive on-the-job training programme along with the opportunity to learn through our various learning and development programmes.
Candidates will be exposed to various operational activities as well as auxiliary support functions.

Eligibility:

The Person

Fresh graduates with Bachelor’s Degree from recognised universities with relevance to CCM businesses
Minimum CGPA 2.50
Unemployed for at least 6 months after graduation
Age not more than 28
Minimal prior working experience
Actively involved in extra-curricular activities
Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen
Applicants also must be committed to continuous-learning and self improvement
