Our principal activities are construction and development for commercial, residential, industrial properties and apartment. Other activities include management services and investment holdings.
Furthermore, due to our diversification and expansion plan, we would like to invite young, dynamic dedicated and self-motivated to join us for the following positions:-

Responsibilities:
- To handle Sales Administration function relating.
- To handle loan arrangements, documentations, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to Sales Administration.
- Respond positively and professionally to customers’ queries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, Bahasa English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Possess own transport & working weekends.
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office applications and IFCA D’developer or Property is an added advantage for this position.
- Familiarity with Housing Development Act, Loan Documentations, Sub-sales, Land matters and other relevant knowledge.
