Operation Manager
(Johor - Kota Putri - Masai)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of production, operations and warehousing
  • Preparation of timely weekly and monthly production, inventory and operations reports
  • Promote quality awareness by setting QA compliance objectives, controls, standards and specifications
  • Implement and review all job functions pertaining to the ISO quality assurance
  • Implement and review staff efficiency and company performance in accordance with the KPI
  • Monitor departmental budget on a monthly basis and to review cost effectiveness of the company
  • Able to manage a team of production and operational staff and supervisors to ensure productivity
  • Upkeep and maintenance of factory vehicles, machines, tools and equipment
  • Plan, organise, implement and monitor company policies to ensure smooth flow of work and communication
  • Plan and coordinate all delivery
  • Health and safety aspects of the company and staff welfare
  • Establish service standards to meet customers' requirements and for continuous improvements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or technical field.
  • Required skill(s): strong leadership and pleasant personality, highly motivated; analytical; able to multi-task and look into details, strong inter-personal skills and able to work independently; teamwork oriented, trouble shooter and able to make sound decisions
  • Preferably with experience in quality management system: ISO 9000, HSE, KPI.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Bilingual are welcome to apply
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
