BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (INSURANCE & TAKAFUL)
(Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Sabah, Selangor, Sarawak, Terengganu, Labuan)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing & designing relevant and workable marketing strategies.
  • Develop new business growth and maintaining existing renewal accounts.
  • Provide technical support, training and presentation to all business channels.
  • Ensure prompt collection of premium especially for cash before cover policy.
  • Ensure effective implementations of new businesses and execution of retention growth strategies.
  • Participate in developing retail business growth and retention strategies to maximize renewal and increase growth of existing accounts.
  • Ensure underwriting process and assessment of risks is within the underwriting guidelines.
  • Comply with BNM, PIAM & LIAM guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Insurance & Takaful is an advantage.  
  • At least 2 - 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing is required for this position.
  • Possess strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to work beyond normal requirements.
  • Able to work independently, creative and a team player.
  • Excellent in verbal and written skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Must possess own transport with a valid driving license.
