In line with our recent expansion at Seremban’s Plant, we wished to invite qualified Malaysian citizens who are dynamic and ambitious to apply for the following position:
(Negeri Sembilan - Seremban - Tuanku Jaafar)
Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules.
- To ensure the section is running at maximum capacity with lower rejection.
- To ensure daily/monthly output is achievable.
- To initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes so as to reduce the production related problems and delays.
- To generate production reports, update specifications and work procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Management, Leadership.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing line.
- Candidate should be able to work under pressure and work for long hour.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
