We are a leading firm in the Malaysian market and plan expansion overseas, so we are seeking suitable candidates for the following:-

Client Liaison Officer
(Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Sultan Ismail)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and compilation of documents to be submitted to the government authority.
  • Daily administrative work which include typing, scanning, photocopying, filing, keeping and maintaining records required for smooth operation of regulatory functions.
  • Monitor deadlines imposed by the government authority.
  • Assist in keeping track of progress and timeline of registration issues.
  • Handle uncomplicated queries from customers and internal staff regarding the regulatory matters.
  • Assist in handling routine submission of various reports.

Requirements:

  • Age 30 and below.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in administrative support or Customer Service or equivalent.
  • A tertiary education in any discipline. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self driven, service oriented with a passion for helping people.
  • Start immediately
