Mardec Polymers Sdn Bhd (M-Pol) a wholly owned subsidiary of Mardec Berhad which is a natural rubber producer. M-Pol is a leading polymer manufacturer offering fully intergrated and solution based polymer products and services to a global market.

In the line expansion and growth strategy we would like to invite a high caliber candidate to join us in the following positions.

Production Executive



  • To monitor the production process flow in effort to ensure the job be done on time, meet quality and specification.
  • To ensure the production schedule and work orders are completed on time.
  • To enhance cost control by minimizing down time, material wastage, overtime and maximising labour usage.
  • Build up a committed and disciplined workforce and ensuring quality enhancement and train and upgrade subordinate knowledge.
  • Attend to subordinate attendance and grievances.
  • Ensure that safety and health guidelines are followed.
  • Liaises with others department on basis needed to ensure operation always in smooth condition.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of working experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Baan system will be an added advantage
  • Experience in rubber based product manufacturing also an advantage.
  • Must be highly responsible, good leadership and interpersonal skills.
