Supervisor/Assistant/Co-ordinator Clerk
MYR 1500 - 4000 Bonus and Allowance
(Queensbay/Gurney/Alor Star)

 

Responsibilities:

Retail Supervisor

  • Manage and motivate staff.
  • Recruit, train and develop staff.
  • Plan, forecast and report on sales, costs and business performances, according to company requirement.
  • Plan and implement advertising and promotional strategy and activities.
  • Manage cash and payment system in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  • Plan and implement retail merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow to maximise sales, customer satisfaction, company image and appearance.
  • Manage selling and customer service activities and staff competence.
Retail Assistant
  • Sales and Marketing.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Serve, maintain and develop existing and new customer.
  • Operating cash and payment system in accordance with company procedures and policies.

Requirements:

Retail Supervisor

  • Minimum 1 year working and management experience in retail industry.
  • Possess maturity in managing assigned retail outlet.
  • Pleasant personality with good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic and tactful with good leadership.
  • Hands-on result-oriented to meet the operations goals.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Communicating, writing and reading in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
Retail Assistant
  • Credible and comfortable with customers.
  • Self-driven person with a positive outlook.
  • Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
  • Able to get on with others as a team player.
  • Well presented during working hours.
  • Pleasant personality with good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Full-time and part-time sales.
  • School leavers are welcome.
