We are established and export-oriented Medical Disposable Gloves Manufacturer located in Klang. In wake of our expansion, we invite dedicated, competent, dynamic personnel to fill the following position:
Customer Service Manager
Selangor - Klang Responsibilities:

Handle and manage customer inquiries on product price, stock availability, delivery and other information required by customer.

Coordination with customers and production on shipments' status.
-
Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.

Identifying customer trends of purchase and type of purchase; determining system improvements and implementing change.

To disseminate accurate information to customers and to ensure customers' enquiries and complaints are attended to in accordance to our service standard.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or its equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Excellent communication and presentation skills with pleasant personality.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Exposure in dealing with customers from overseas and export oriented environment will be an added advantage.

Preferably Manager or Senior Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
