ANGSANA TUNAS Sdn Bhd, an ISO 9001:2001 certified company, was incorporated on 24th January 2002 as an engineering, construction & investment company. It is today a growing engineering company specializing in the designing, fabrication & installation of telecommunication towers, other type of infrastructures as well as provide radio antenna and microwave installation services. It also undertakes the design, fabrication & installation of general structural steel works.
Operating on the modest scale in a factory in Kg. Baru Subang, Selangor, Angsana Tunas Sdn Bhd has to date successfully completed a significant number of projects in telecommunication BTS, palm oil mills, structural steel works & other EPC project within short span of time.
Supported by a team of engineering professional with wide range of experience, we have demonstrated our understanding of demands of the engineering business. Our track record has also proven our ability for engineering excellence, completing all the project undertake on time, with strict quality control and cost and with good management control and client interaction

Responsibilities:
- To monitor and record all project milestones (eg. issuance of purchase order, date of site completion, etc) and log inthem in the Excel tracker.
- To send constant reminders to company personnel to complete their assigned tasks to meet the KPI.
- To compile and send site pack/binder documentations (eg. completion photographs, acceptance checklists, mill certificates, etc).
- To liaise with the clients pertaining to project documentations.
- To carry out other assigned documentation work.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia at very least, moderately.*
- Candidate must possess great intiative, have a outgoing personality and able to communicate and interact with clients effectively in to resolve any documentation issues.*
