Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote Maxis products, Handsets, Advanced Data Services ( ADS ) and other Value Added Services ( VAS ) to walk-in customers
• Attend to customer’s queries, providing technical assistance and resolving technical issues including trouble shooting and configuration of mobile devices
• Conduct product demonstration, installation and customer training specialisation on mobile devices
• Generate sales contract and perform complete Order Fulfilment Duties
• Provide superior after sales service

Requirements:

• Fresh degree graduates or diploma holders with 2 years of retails, sales, marketing or event promoter experience
• Degree or Diploma holders in Computer Science or Information Technology background are encourage to apply
• SPM leavers with at least 3 years of retail & sales experience can also be considered
• Possess strong selling skills with ability to convince & negotiate with customers effectively
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to conduct test and configuration on various telecommunication and IT devices
• Knowledgeable on latest information and development of telecommunication technology
• Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia combined with good interpersonal skills
• Presentable & approachable with positive attitude
• Able to work on shift, weekends & public holidays
• A good team player & sales oriented
• Ability to communicate in any other dialect would be an added advantage
• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen
