We are a property developer in Perak and in view of our company expansion, we would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for following position

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(Perak)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BQ & Materials, tender documents preparation, cost estimation, progress claims, V.O., evaluation of claims, checking of drawings and other works as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Job role in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Independent and willing to travel.
