Project / Asst Engineers
(Johor - Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities:

• To provide engineering support for proto-builds and volume production
• Involve in NPI costing process & new material sourcing
• Manage NPI schedule for release to mass production
• Co-ordination and monitoring the progress of projects
• Execution of projects as well as co-ordination with clients & internal customers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
• Support yield improvements and product stabilization after mass production
• Handle product reliability improvement
• Development and trouble shooting line process issue

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Polymer / Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field
• Minimum 2 years working experience in rubber, polymer or plastic process
• Candidate with working experience in ink, coating (UV resin) industry will be an added advantageous
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player
• Conversant in various computer software applications or familiar with ERP system
• Willingness to perform long hours if needed
• Five day work week
