Operations Executive
(Shah Alam, Section 16 or Penang)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist Operation Manager to look after day to day operation for DMS and DPS operations and Transport in the information center
   
• Plan and detail operations to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
   
• Assist Operation Manager to look after the human resource issues to ensure the smooth functioning of the operations department
   
• Identify and improve operation efficiency and effectiveness of the department
   
• Co-ordinate resources and manage adhoc projects whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Logistics or Warehousing Management tertiary qualifications highly regarded
   
• Proven track record of high performance in operations role with 3-5 years logistics or warehousing experience
   
• Experience in warehouse management system and logistics management system will be added advantage
   
• Proven ability to contribute and work in a self-managed cross disciplined team environment
   
• People Management and Leadership skills
   
• Word, Power Point, Excel, Excel, Access & Outlook proficiency
