The job incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of the Maxis Service Centre / Maxis Retail Outlet operations including planning, strategizing and handling the day-to-day operational issues.

He/She will be responsible for the achievement of Centre’s / Outlet’s overall Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Index and to ensure the delivery of high quality service to Maxis valuable customers.

Responsibilities:

• To manage daily operations & overall business performance of Maxis Service Centre / Maxis Retail Outlet
• Ensure continuous operational efficiency which includes problem solving, decision making, resource planning, traffic control and collections
• Manage staff related matters including performance management & development
• Conduct regular coaching, identify training needs & develop immediate and long term performance plan
• Develop & deploy strategies for Sales/Promotions/Campaigns and Retention operations
• Manage stock inventory
• Report and communicate Maxis Centre operations and future projections to head & regional office

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder with minimum 5 years holding supervisory role in a Banking Centre / Retail operations environment
• Clear understanding of day to day overall Centre / Retail operations
• Demonstrate strength in strategic planning & implementation
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure & in a fast paced environment
• Strong team-player, able to work cross functionally with people at all levels
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia & English language
• Sales oriented
• Demonstrate strong supervisory & leadership skills
• Technical knowledge of telecommunication technologies example mobile & fixed data services, internet services, multimedia products & applications
