Senior Engineer [Process Integration]
(Kedah - Kulim)

Responsibilities:

  • Support of production in all technical issues for one of Infineon's high power semiconductor technologies
  • Handle all process integration topics incl.
  • Optimization and adaptation of process modules based on technology requirement
  • Planning and execution of ramp-up (yield/volume) for assigned technology
  • Analysis of complex technical problems and identification of solutions using methodical problem solving techniques
  • Prioritization of multiple activities and making of effective decisions following a demanding project schedule
  • Interaction and communication with technology development, process transfer, process and product engineering, reliability engineering and business divisions








    Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering discipline (Physics, Chemistry, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering)
  • Experience in a semiconductor production environment preferably in wafer fabrication
  • Excellent knowledge of semiconductor device physics
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with all levels of personnel
