On behalf of our client, who is a MNC EPC company, we are looking for this position to be filled in their organization immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Review contractual HSE and regulatory compliance requirements and prepare bid documents.
• Develop, review and update documentations within the management system
• Conduct HS&E awareness training for employees and contractors
• Ensure that all design and construction activities carried out are conducted in strict accordance with the safety standards (ISO14000 series and OSHAS18001) and the company's Environmental and safety standards
• Ensure that HSE management procedures will be followed during the entire project life (from the commercial proposal to site implementation)
• Conduct pre-construction surveys, identify safety hazards and environmentally sensitive areas, and design mitigation measures
• Assist the engineering / management teams in the Risk Management process (ie HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard & Effective Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc)
• Take part in accidental/incident investigations

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a degree in Engineering preferably relating to health and safety.
• Minimum 8 year experience in this discipline and in preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Preferably candidates current employment is with an EPC company.
• Singaporean / SPR preferred.
