On behalf of our client who is a MNC EPC company, we are looking for the following to join their company immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and control the execution of the proposal, in accordance with Instruction to Bidders requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.
• Coordination of specific Project aspects regarding engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
• Review of the contract,, the tender and bid documents
• Interface Manangement of partners/nominated subcontractors
• Preparation, implementation and updating of the Project Technical Annex.
• Coordinates proposal invoicing activity

Requirements:

• Must have degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas industry.
• Background in the Offshore oil and gas industry with track record in the winning Offshore projects in EPCI and Tansport & Installation
• Singaporean/SPR
