On behalf of our client, who is a MNC EPC company, we are looking for this position to be filled immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and control the execution of the proposal, in accordance with Instruction to Bidders requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.
• Coordination for specific Project aspects regarding engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
• Review of the contract, the tender and bid documents
• Interface Management of partners/nominated subcontractors.
• Preparation, implementation and updating of the Project Technical Annex.
• Coordinating proposal invoicing activity

Requirements:

• Candidate must have degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years working experience in the oil & gas industry on proposal/estimation in fabrication related project.
• Singaporean/SPR
• Track record in winning fabrication projects for offshore structures such as topsides, wellheads and platforms.
• Experience in the commercial activities of offshore yards
