This position is located in Abu Dhabi for Abu Dhabi Polymers (Borouge)

Responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge about Supply Chain Management & Logistics contracts – Knowledge about Sea Freight contracts and Global shipping scenario, Ports Services, Transportation services and contracts, Logistics Hubs and warehouses etc
• Should be able to visualize the requirements and scope of various logistics contracts given by end users and shall formulate a contract strategy, pricing mechanism, preparing of Tender package and lead the Tender process for a successful award within a given schedule.
• Should be able to handle these Supply Chain Tenders independently in accordance with Company’s Tender procedures
• Has at least 8 to 10 years contracting experience including handling of major Tenders up to say 100 Million Dollars preferably in Oil, Gas or Petrochemical Company single handedly with hands on experience
• Preparation of Tender documents, custodian of Tendering process, Organizing Tender meetings, Communications with Tenderers, Tender Pre-qualifications & Evaluations, Preparation of LOAs, Contracts, Preparation of Tender Committee submissions, Management Reports
• Resolving Contractual Disputes, Claims

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Industrial), or Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
• Excellent MS Office packages skills, SAP experience preferred
• Excellent oral & written communication skills with detailed commercial and legal understanding of contractual terms and conditions
