AIR FREIGHT EXECUTIVE & AIR FREGHT SALES EXECUTIVE
(Selangor - Shah Alam)

 

Responsibilities:

        1.  Air Freight Executive (1 position)

  • Overall in-charge of the delivery / shipment department
  • Coordinate air freight shipments and telemarketing
  • Ensure all deliveries are on timely manner
  • To reschedule shipment if unable to meet delivery shipment and to report to management on the matter
  • Liaising will other department on the delivery schedule
  • Liaising with Logistics agencies on transportation for delivery / shipment of goods
  • Manage and monitor daily shipment / delivery activities
  • Costing, bill documentation and payment for air shipment
        2.  Air Freight Sales Executive (1 position)
  • Successful candidate is required to generate new sales to the company as well as to maintain the existing clientele.
  • Preferable candidate with at least 2 years experience in Sales for Air Freight.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management/Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidate with experience in air freight for 2 years and above.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • PC literate.
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment to department harmony.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job
