Supervisor Service
(Labuan - Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for staffs’ work scheduling, work rotations, employee training & others administration related matter and ensure it is accordance with company policies and procedures
• Review & follow up the customer/ shop order action pending, open backorder and ensure the parts received are in good condition and timely
• Able to use SIS or one source to identify on CAT& non – CAT parts as required by customer and work closely with vendors
• Monitor parts operations personnel and warehouseman to ensure all daily parts operations activities are processed
• Work closely with oil & gas companies and TPS service personnel to ensure all parts for the projects are processed and delivered to offshore as per time frame given

Requirements:

• Diploma/SPM/SPVM/MLVK in Mechanical/Automotive/ Electrical Engineering
• 6 years’ working experience in servicing heavy equipment and familiar with diesel, gas engine, petroleum and marine environment
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must be computer literate
