Our group is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of packaging products for use in the storage, handling and shipping of ESD sensitive electronic components. In Malaysia, we supply shipping tube, carrier tape, static shielding and moisture barrier bags, injection molded and thermoformed trays.

Customer Service cum Shipping Clerk
(Penang - Bayan Lepas)
Responsibilities :
Attend to customer inquiries and complaints in timely manner;
Ensure timely delivery of samples required by customers; and
Process sales orders & monitor progress until delivery to
customers
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field
with 1-2 years related experience;
Familiar with customs and shipping documentation and
procedures;
Self-motivated, willing to learn, independent with good attitude;
Have good analytical and interpersonal skills;
Good communication skills;
Computer literate;
Possess own transport; and
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
