Responsibilities:

• Implement company policies pertaining to employment, remuneration, staff's welfare and incentives.
• Ensure that domestic enquiries, staffs' grievances counseling, terminations and other industrial related concerns are in compliance with labor laws.
• Conducting job posting, hiring, interview and maintain good relations with educational institutions and recruitment agencies. 
• Manage payroll and maintaining confidential records relating to staffs.
• General Administration of the company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong administrative abilities with excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of Malaysian Labor Laws, Industrial Relations Act, prevailing HR practices and legislation.
• Experience in dealing with foreign workers will be added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park, Penang.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 5-day work
