The job is to develop and implement sustainability programs integrating entire human resource management, lean enterprise concepts, corporate social responsibility and environmental initiatives so as to achieve sustainable goals for our factory and fulfill the requirements from our customer.
This involves molding the company culture, introducing organization and system interventions, standardizing policies and procedures, working closely with other department managers, developing team members’ competencies and getting the entire department to meet key business performance indices.
This job reports to the Factory General Manager operationally and Group Head of Human Resources functionally. The direct reports of this job are factory Human Resource Manager, Corporate Responsibility Manager, Training Center Manager, and Environment Engineering Manager together with other 40 professionals.
Applicants must have managerial and leadership experience in large scale manufacturing operations in automotive, chemical, electronics, footwear and apparel industries, in order to drive the implementation of ISO9000, ISO14000 and other customer required systems implementation.
