Product Sourcing Manager
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

To conducts analysis of the market dynamic of multi-level marketing (MLM) industry in order to assess its present and future competitiveness and trend
To develop a strategic product planning and category sourcing plan
To identify and evaluate potential suppliers and strategic partners
To leads the negotiation and administration of purchasing contract with potential suppliers
To work cross-functionally with Product Development, Purchasing, Quality Control, Sales & Marketing on all new product(s)
To take lead in active management of strategic vendors, including on-going vendor evaluation and periodic commercial review meetings
To co-ordinate on shipment fulfillment, product liability, insurance and quality assurance
To build strong supplier relationship management that maximize value and mitigate risk

Requirements:

Degree holder in relate discipline
At leat 5 years sourcing and product development experience in consumer products industry
Have strong connection to manufacturers and suppliers in Malaysia and China
Sound knowledge of QA, Halal, product labelling, MOH standard and requirement in Malaysia
Good analytical skill with strong business acumen
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
