Country Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of country strategy, business plan and business management to achieve company's objectives and targets
To establish and increase brand awareness and market share, and to work out strategic business/marketing plans to increase sales volume and profitability
To compile and analyse market outlook and trends, and identify feasible business opportunities
To develop and facilitate effective and timely communication, both within the area, and with Head Office
Responsible for governance of the country's operations and risk management

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
5 years experience in similar capacity preferably in multi-level marketing (MLM) industry
Excellent market knowledge and familiarity with the market situation of Indonesia
Analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities
Performance and bottom-line orientation
Flexibility, dynamic, ability to work under pressure, and professionalism
Excellent communication skills and positive thinking
