In line with our business expansion, we are looking for competent, motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our organization for the following position:

SALES COORDINATOR / TELEMARKETER (Basic Salary + Commission)
(Selangor - Kajang)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making outbound customer acquisition and retention calls
• Interact with customers through regular reviews and handle critical communications with customers.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities
• Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
• Other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when necessary

Requirements:

• Preferably Female, age between 21 to 35 years old
• Preferably with one year experience in Customer Service but fresh school leavers can also be considered as long as they are willing to learn
• Candidate must possess strong customer relations' abilities and be able to independently maintain or increase the customer loyalty base.
• Minimum qualifications of SPM / ‘A’ /Diploma or equivalent, experience in using software application such as MS Excel, Words, Power Point and other web based application
• Must be proficient in English and Malay
• Flexible in job scope and working time, has good phone etiquette, willing to learn, contribute and grow with the Company
• Own transportation highly preferable
