Program

Succesful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 2 year program designed to provide trainees with the relevant exposure in the areas Engineering, Operations & Maintainence, Accounting & Finance, Corporate Planning, Corporate Affairs, Legal & Secretarial, Human Resource and Customer Service. A mentor will be assigned to you for your leadership development. " On-the-job training" covers job rotation within the Organization.

Upon Succesful completion of the program, the candidates will be evaluated and depending on your performance and a suitable vacancy within the Organization, the best candidates will be absorbed as a full time employee of SAINS.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical and Electrical), Finance, Law, Economics, Human Resource, Marketing, Business Studies and Mass Communication.


• Good interpersonal and communication skills.


• Assertive, result oriented and a team player.


• Active involvement in extra-curricular activities.
