Customer Service Officer (Based in Kota Kinabalu) (Sabah - Kota Kinabalu)
Responsibilities:
Formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner whilst maintaining professionalism and integrity to walk-in customers
Achieve set performance targets whilst providing excellent customer service
Support the service centre team on adhoc tasks as required
Requirements:
STPM/Diploma/Degree holders in any field
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, other languages would be added advantage
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service environment
Good PC skills in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
