Located in Taman Miharja in Cheras, this very vibrant and professional organisation is seeking to expand its young and enthusiastic team in line with its current and targeted business growth.

Administrator / Event Coordinator
(Kuala Lumpur)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to plan and implement event activities to achieve company’s objectives
  • To work closely with team members for an excellent result of event
  • Develop a strategic and high impact creative idea to meet project objectives.
  • To assist in day to day administration work of the company by providing professional, friendly and administrative service.
  • Coordinate with all stages of events including development and execution of event concept and theme setup.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Mass Communication or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and must have initiative and be proactive, assertive, self motivated, independent and a team player
  • Computer Literate ( well versed in MS word, Excel, Power points)
  • Result oriented, customer oriented and able to work independently
  • Age between 25 to 40 years old
  • Willing to work at a varied schedule
