Responsibilities:

-Develop application portfolio strategy, roadmap plans and interface with the business and architects to align.

- Map applications into various clusters by functionalities.

- Improve the applications data quality and update global database.

- Develop processes for better management of applications in domain.

- Work with procurement and architects to define application lifecycle.

- Responsible for the governance and onboarding of new applications into the portfolio.

- Provide support to Business Support Manager in defining IT baseload (Run & Maintain) budget.

- Gather cost components from regional teams to build the cost model per region.

- Track budget utilization and growth in IT spend.

- Track differences in exchange rates.

- Track savings plan.

- Generate reports on business demand and challenge the business.

- Prepare proposals to keep the portfolio "evergreen". Manage the global software life-cycle.

- Test global applications.

- Ensure readiness for portfolio implementation and inclusion in software bundle.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Business Support, Portfolio Management, Analytical skills, Reporting Specialist.
Required language(s): English
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
