In view of our strategic transformation plans to strengthen and propel BSN to greater heights, we seek committed and talented individuals to fill the following positions:-
Credit Officer, Micro Finance
(Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, Terengganu)
Main Responsibilities:
- To analyze, process and recommend financial applications for approval within stipulated credit processing guidelines.
- To review and process all new applications within the stipulated turnaround time.
- To ensure all applications approved are of quality accounts and adhering to the policy and guidelines as set out by the Bank.
- To evaluate, validate information and documentations via telephone interviews, reports and external credit bureau.
- To minimise financial or fraud losses through early detection of error or forged applications.
- To assist with internal or external enquiries regarding financial matters.
- To check and ensure completeness of the application forms and documents.
Requirements:
- A recognized degree from a reputable university.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in SME lending business.
- Person with integrity, responsible, strong character and ability to work under pressure.
- Exposure to diverse credit situation and thorough understanding of the credit processes.
- Result-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of microfinance industry is an added advantage.
