AFTER SALES SERVICE MANAGER
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years experience in service center operations
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
  
• Strong leadership & good interpersonal skills
  
• Proven track record in leading a aftersales service team
  
• Extensive network of contacts with local automotive especially aftersales service will be an added advantage
  
• Analytical, self-motivated and committed

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Automotive or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years in after sales management
  
• Experience in service network development
  
• Experience in set up and managed vehicle service center
  
• Strong leadership, self motivated and initiative
  
• Able to manage spare part inventory, monthly replenishments, stock forecast, logistics arrangement
  
• Willing to travel
