Branch Manager
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

• 达 到 生 意 目 标。
• 给 于 促 销 员 适 当 的 训 练 。
• 能 够 独 立 处 理 门 市 部 的 操 作 程 序。



• To plan and meet sales targets.
• Monitoring on daily market sales and demands
• Supervise and train a team of promoters
• To supervise day-to-day operations of the retailer shop.
• To perform any other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.
• To ensure outlets display presentation meeting company standard.
• Pleasant personality, active and able to communicate and handle customers on daily basis.
• Able to work under minimum supervision as well as being a team player with strong commitment.
• Maximizing the space and layout of the store with the right product mix; using available space to the best advantage
• Planning product ranges according to period and season
• Optimizing the sales volume and profitability of various product range

Requirements:

• 全 职。
• 有 进 取 心， 独 立， 良 好 沟 通 能 力， 有 目 标， 刻 苦 耐 劳， 敬 业 乐 业 的 态 度。
• 愿 意 被 分 派 到 雪 州 内 任 何 地 方。
• 至 少 中 学 毕 业。
• 大 马 公 民。
• 可 观 的 工 资， 但 需 视 工 作 经 验 而 定。
• Full-Time positions available.
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or equivalent.
• Required language (S): Bahasa Malaysia, other languages are an added advantage.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SELANGOR.
• Posses own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Merchandising or equivalent.
• Able to work independently, self motivated, have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill.
• Committed aggressive and result oriented.
• Attractive basic salary with commission base on qualifications and experience.
