Customer Care
(Kuala Lumpur - Kepong, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Cheras, Kota Damansara)
Responsibilities:
- To handle inquiries from customers
- To assist customers during product trial session
- To provide explanations on company's products and related concepts and issues to customers
- To identify, collate and report customer needs, requirements and complaints to the Management
- To support the Management in various customer related issues
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a secondary education with age of 22 – 45 years old
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Pro-active, highly initiative, independent, self motivated, result driven, dynamic, discipline and a good team player
- Able to serve customers and warm-hearted
- Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Candidate have to be able to converse well in Chinese dialects (open to ALL RACES)
- Candidates with similar experience are encourage to apply
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
