Contract Manager (Based in Klang Valley)

Responsibilites

  • Ensure Kontena Nasional Berhad's logistics services are meeting all performance criteria of the customer by working with operations, transportation services, and other corporate departments.
  • Develop and manage the execution of customer focused logistics strategies.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities and become project lead to co-ordinate implementation of those ideas among cross functional departments both within Kontena National Berhad and the customers organization.
  • Periodic performance reviews with the customer and executive team.
  • Central focal point for customer escalation issues requiring resolution.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Warehouse Management System, Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Preferred skill(s): Advanced MS Office, EDI.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
