HR Executive (Compensation and Benefits)
(Penang - Seberang Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure HRMS is maintained and up-to-date.
• Ensure transfer of HR Center activities and TMS in HRMS to payroll on time for salary process.
• Administering leaves, insurance, medical, dental, and other claims.
• Able to develop Human Resource strategies for the Company in the area of Compensation and Benefits.
• Coordinate with Department Clerks on TMS maintenance.
• Maintain accuracy of monthly headcount report.
• Coordinate monthly report for internal and corporate office.
• Supporting payroll processing.
• Maintenance of HRMS and Payroll.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in related discipline.
• At least 3 years experience in Human Resources function in the area Compensation and Benefits function in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in Employment Act and other government procedures..
• Experience in payroll administration.
• Experience in HRMs system.
• Experience in Salary Benchmaking.
