ASSISTANT FACTORY MANAGER
(Kelantan - Kuala Krai)

Responsibilities:

• The candidate is to report to the Manager/Directors. Main responsibilities include effective and efficient planning, deployment and management of materials, labour resources, capacities and production processes of the manufacturing operations.
• Strong planning, organization and trouble shooting skill.
• Good team player with leadership skill and interpersonal skill at all levels.
• Posseses self confidence, high initiatives and motivation besides being able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Prepared to work long hours or shift work
• Monitoring and controls with continuous improvement on products quality and standards at minimum costs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in relevant Engineering field or equivalent.
• Experience of 2-3 yearsin related field. Fresh graduates who meet the requirement can also apply.
• Required language(s): Written and spoken:English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate MS Office ( Word, Excel, powerpoint)
