In line with our growth, we invite qualified individuals to join our team for the following positions:-

Responsibilities:

• He will have to ensure the problem log calls received are attended to. He will be responsible for 1st level support, whereby, he/she will contact the site and guide them to resolve the problem. If he/she not able to resolve therefore the problem log have to be escalated to the field engineers which will then visit the site. He/She is expected to record all call received. Every week the log status report must be produced for review and analysis. Expect to be working on shift.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic PC hardware knowlege is required
• Preferably with software knowledge of SQL, MS Access, MS Windows NT, MS Windows XP pro
• Application MS Office
• Ability to analyze and evaluate inquiry/problem reports and make recommendation to reduce helpdesk call rate
• Excellent communication skill
• Preferably male
