Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Establish optimum test condition and preparing standard job procedure.
• Enhance in-process quality and process abnormality management.
• Material evaluation, implementation of statistical process control, yield & productivity improvement, quality & lead-time, and value engineering activities.
• Participate in continuous improvements activities to improve processes and process flow.
Requirements:

Equipment Engineer
Responsibilities:
• The successful candidates' responsibilities include setting up new machine for new products introduction, equipment set-up and maintenance, value engineering activities and productivity improvement.
• Responsible for providing the manufacturing operations with effective and efficient manufacturing equipment and systems for producing high quality products.
• Ensuring all production machines and equipments are well maintained.
• Responsible to manage and train group of technicians to troubleshoot machines.
• Improve performance and utilization of production equipment.
• Scheduling production equipment for preventive maintenance
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics) or equivalent.
• Knowledge / experience in Die Bonder & Wire Bonder is an added advantage.

Plating Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Provide engineering support to resolve daily process issue.
• Generate and update process specification, works instruction and line procedure.
• Initiate and drive projects and manufacturing productivity for yield and quality improvement, and for cost competitiveness.
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Material Science, Chemistry or equivalent.

Material Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of materials procurement for the manufacturing plant.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Physics, Chemistry or Material Science.

Product Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for possibility study of new product, ensure manufacturability, design/qualification fail analysis and develop validation plan.
• Product quality, yield & cost improvement project
• Involve and participate in New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Work with the test and industrial engineers, production & quality engineers to analyze and improve production yield.
• Plan and execute projects to improve cost, yield, quality, performance, and productivity of products in his/her portfolio.
Requirements:

Test Equipment Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Set up new equipment & establish preventive maintenance system.
• Improve machines performances with respect to capacity, yield.
• Work closely with engineering and production to optimize process & equipment spec.
• Involve in machine design for future product and technology.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical) or equivalent.

Test Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Establish optimum test condition and prepare standard job procedure.
• Enhance in process coordination, evaluation and quality management.
• Yield improvement, analysis and treatment.
• Test program preparation.
• New equipment set-up / qualification
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical) or equivalent.

Technician
Responsibilities:
• Set up machine for production, maintain schedule maintenance and carry out machine troubleshooting.
• Carry out preventive maintenance repairing and troubleshoot the equipment in the process.
• Control and monitor machine spare parts inventory record and control.
• Support production education and guidance for operators.
• Carry out tasks as per assigned by superior.
• Assist engineer in new product sample test runs and perform evaluation.
Requirements:
• At least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics ) from recognized polytechnics or institutions.
• Certificates in engineering field are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in semiconductors industry is an added advantage i.e., Practical Training

Planner
Responsibilities:
• Line optimization with weekly shipping, in stock and input plan
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers to achieve higher on time delivery
• Close line monitoring, progress tracing and action plan
• Liaise with other business units and sales office
• Responsible for the inventory and optimization of sales
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field preferred

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Network System Operation, OA System Operation and Application System Platform Operation & Maintenance and Enhancement.
• Provide system support and maintenance for in-house network, PC, servers and applications, upgrading that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of application system problems.
• Assist in all operational issues in the IT Department.
Requirements:

• Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware/Network/System

QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supplier quality management.
• Support in quality system implementation & improvement activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle any abnormality.

Production Officer
Responsibilities:
• Lead production team to achieve production target, yield and quality.
